ORDERING FAQ Q : Where are you located and where are your items shipped from?
A : We are located in Singapore and ship from Singapore as well
Q : What currency does the site use.
A : Prices seen on the site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) by default. But you have the option to view the prices in United State Dollars (USD) as well.
Q : Does putting an item in my shopping cart reserve the merchandise?
A : No, unfortunately placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it’s availability for when you are ready to make your purchase.
Q : I saw an item on your website and not long after, it disappeared. Why is this?
A : Styles and quantities are limited, as soon as they are no longer available to purchase, they are removed from our website.
Q : How accurate are the color displays on your website?
A : Please note that although FROULETTE has matched the color display to their collections as closely as possible, colors may vary slightly from one computer to another.
Q : Are product photos on your site of the actual product I will receive?
A : On each product item's page, the image that enlarges when your cursor hovers over it, is the actual picture of the product you will be receiving. However, different batches of the same item may differ slightly due to manufacturing reasons.

Q : When will my order arrive?
A : All orders are shipped via Singpost registered mail. Orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment is received.
Q : What forms of payment can I use?
A : For Singapore orders we accept POSB/DBS or Paypal. For international orders we accept Paypal only.
